Google Analytics may process technical and usage data such as page views, traffic sources, device information, approximate location, and interactions with the website. We use this data in aggregate to understand website performance and improve our content and structure.

Google Tag Manager helps us manage website tags and scripts. It does not create user profiles by itself, but it can be used to load tools such as Google Analytics depending on the website configuration and your consent choices.

Anti-spam and security tools

We use anti-spam and security tools to protect our forms and website from automated submissions, spam, and abuse. These tools may include Google reCAPTCHA, Spam Protect for Contact Form 7, WP Armour Honeypot Anti Spam, and other WordPress security or anti-spam mechanisms.

These tools may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device data, interaction patterns, or hidden form-field signals to decide whether a form submission appears legitimate.

Hosting and email

Our website is hosted with ukraine.com.ua. The current hosting server is located in Germany.

We use Gmail / Google Workspace for business email communication. If you contact us through a form or by email, your inquiry and related correspondence may be processed through Google Workspace.

AI-assisted tools

We may use AI-assisted tools to help us review project inquiries, estimate scope, analyze website or SEO context, draft proposals, or prepare internal working notes.

When we use these tools, we try to limit the information shared to what is necessary for the task. We do not intentionally submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to respond to your request or deliver the relevant service.

Legal bases for processing

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Pre-contractual steps or contract performance: when we respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential project, prepare a proposal, or provide services.
  • Legitimate interests: when we operate and improve our website, protect forms from spam, secure our systems, communicate with business contacts, and manage our business records.
  • Consent: when we use optional cookies or analytics tools that require consent.
  • Legal obligation: when we need to keep records or respond to lawful requests.
