Who is a Project Manager
The main goal of the project manager is to define the processes that will go into completing the project. This includes working within the allocated budget and using the available resources to create a quality finished product according to a defined set of terms.
With web projects, some tasks of the project manager are to identify and validate the technical requirements of the project, manage the project team, consult experts on the business analysis and tech aspects, prepare proposals, recommend changes to web practices, provide project status reports, as well as to improve the management process by analyzing data. This is a non-exhaustive list of work responsibilities for a project manager.
